Ambles and Interest Visits

Ambles are easy walks of around 2 – 4 miles. They pass and visit many places of interest. Visits are normally a day out to a place of historical or general interest with far less walking. All will have a ‘drop off point’ (DOP) close to public transport if you wish to make it a shorter day. Lunch stops are always near a pub or café. You may prefer to bring your own packed lunch.

Further details on what to wear and bring on a walk is contained in our ‘participating in activities’ leaflet.
